Your Right to Delete: You can request complete deletion of your iThink AI account and all associated data at any time. We are committed to honoring your request promptly.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

Open the iThink AI app and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: Your registered email address and/or username

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account credentials (email, username, encrypted password)
All uploaded videos and images
AI-generated content (captions, hashtags, videos)
AI processing history and metadata
Social media connection tokens and posting history
Support chat history
Usage analytics and personal preferences
Subscription information (active subscriptions will be cancelled)

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have downloaded any content you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law:

Transaction records: Retained for 7 years (legal/tax requirement)
Security logs: Retained up to 90 days (fraud prevention)
Anonymized analytics: Non-personal, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Content on Social Media Platforms

Content that was previously posted to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) through iThink AI will remain on those platforms. You must delete that content directly on each platform.
