1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using iThink AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iThink AI is a social media content creation and management platform that allows users to upload content and post to multiple social media platforms simultaneously. The Service includes AI-powered video generation, caption creation, and multi-platform posting capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans

iThink AI offers Free, Premium ($9.99/month), and Enterprise ($29.99/month) subscription tiers. Free tier users can earn credits by watching rewarded video ads. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant iThink AI a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and distribute your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service beyond normal usage
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (captions, hashtags, videos) is provided as-is. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before posting.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. iThink AI is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iThink AI Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting dpo@ithinkaicorp.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
